My pride and joy – My Slavic Artwork Gallery inspired by my travels to Poland in 1998.
Inspiration for the original acrylic painting on canvas was from visits to skansens and museum in Kujawy region of Poland. A three month journey on my BMW motorcycle opened my eyes to my ancestral heritage beyond just images in books. That adventure to the homeland, to this day, still influences my paintings and colored pencil drawings. Yes, I am an untrained amateur artist but that did not hold me back. Everyone should have a creative outlet to enjoy.
