What’s your return policy?


We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. Please check our size guide before ordering to ensure correct fitment. Our fine products are also on Amazon under the Brand: Anthony Mrugacz. On this website there is a more liberal return policy. Note that products there are more expensive.


Do you offer refunds?


Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?


At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled or misprinted. If that’s the case, please contact us within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use our contact form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
